Rules For Guest Youth Authors:
1. Between ages of 1st through 12th grades 2. Delaware residents or have a Delaware connection 3. Stories 100-150 words 4. Pictures 8” wide x 10 high” preferably black and white images 5. Biography not to exceed 40 words, including Name, school, age, interesting stuff 6. Can contribute to more than one book 7. Subjects will be provided Signed parental/guardian release forms must accompany submission
